Our kids program combines Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, judo and age-appropriate striking. Students build coordination, confidence, discipline, problem-solving skills and practical martial arts fundamentals in a supportive environment.

No. Beginners are welcome, and classes are structured so kids can learn and progress at their own pace.

Comfortable athletic clothing without zippers, buttons or metal is perfect for the first class.

Yes. Once enrolled, students train in the official HLJJ gi and rashguard included in the starter package.

Yes. Parents may drop students off, but an adult must come inside to pick the child up after class.
